I found the staff helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any request. Hot beverages were available throughout the day from the downstairs restaurant.. a lovely perk. The room had a modern design and felt very clean. I liked that it was equipped with all necessary amenities.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit inconsistent at times.
