The location is very convenient. It's a short walk to the nearest Metro station. The hotel has a charming older style, renovated with traditional decor. The staff speaks English and is friendly, even though some breakfast staff had limited English proficiency.

my room got very hot and there were no remote control for the ac unit, i was unable to adjust the temperature. there werent a plug for charging devices.

The reception staff were very friendly. they were helpful . the location is also amazing. It is near the subway. nice restaurants are in this area.
the soundproofing is terrible, and i could hear footsteps. it was hard to sleep. there was no 'do-not-disturb' plate available in my room. i was disturbed by room service in the morning.

the front desk staff were very helpful with directions. i found the free hot drinks in the breakfast room a welcome touch. i also appreciated the complimentary water provided daily in the room. these details.
i noticed paint peeling in the bathroom, a minor issue. the plastic shower curtain felt outdated. the room became quite hot, and i would have liked better control over the temperature.
