The staff was very polite and helpful. the free iced water in the lobby was a kind gesture. the location was excellent. Moulin rouge and the metro station were a short walk. plenty of eateries were around.

my room lacked a standup shower. the bathroom floor would get wet when i washed my hair in the bathtub. it was also quite noisy outside, affecting sleep. deliveries and bin collections happened at 3am.

the location is very convenient , close to the moulin rouge and montmartre. the decor in my superior double or twin room was indeed lovely. the staff members were always friendly and ready to assist with any questions i had.

the air conditioning was set to 19 degrees, even though it was cooler outside.

the rooms are beautifully decorated, with a charming and romantic theme evident throughout. the shower had great hot water, essential after a day of exploring. the staff offered complimentary pastries in the lobby, a sweet touch that i enjoyed with my coffee. the coffee was available 24 hours, so a delicious brew was always accessible.

the breakfast selection lacked variety, specifically missing options for those with dietary restrictions. it would be beneficial to increase gluten-free choices.

The location is great with many restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. I found the cleanliness of my room perfect. The hotel is also close to public transportation.

the location proved acceptable, it was close to the metro.

The room i stayed in felt quite cramped. There was minimal space to move around. the bathroom seemed even smaller. the shower leaked and created a puddle after each use. I had to use extra towels to soak it up.

The breakfast room was quite cramped. It was hard to find seating! also, the selection was not as extensive as i expected. the lack of variety was a bit disappointing for the price paid. i also found the narrow dark corridor to the rooms a bit unsettling at night, particularly because of the peeling wallpaper.
