An Acceptable Hotel Experience

The staff were friendly. They helped with directions and recommendations. My room was clean. The bed was VERY comfortable.

The room was quite small. It felt cramped, especially with luggage. The breakfast pastries was to be pre-packaged. I found this disappointing given the hotel's rating.

the area was perfect, i loved it! the staff were so friendly and helpful, always there with a smile. my room had everything i needed. a balcony with an amazing view!!! i'm already planning my next trip.

The soundproofing could have been better. I could hear noises from the hallway.

the staff was cute, and i felt right at home. I appreciated the cleanliness of my double room. the location proved convenient, close TO transportation and local shops. the breakfast selection offered a nice variety each morning , with fresh pastries.

the room SIZE was a bit smaller than anticipated, making it slightly difficult to MANEUVER with luggage.

the staff offered complimentary coffee daily i found that quite thoughtful they also provided plates and cleared up after i brought in my own food the staff did not let me lift a finger. i appreciated the fresh smell and cleanliness throughout the hotel the bed in my superior double room balcony was very comfortable.

the room was quite small a tight fit though everything else was good
