small room security deposit
The staff was helpful. The metro is super close to the hotel so getting around the city was easy.
The room was very small. It looked larger in the pictures. I was charged a security deposit, even after paying all dues in advance. I was told it was for potential breakages, but I was not told what constitutes breakage.

limited floor space missing toiletries
The location was very good because the metro was literally right there.
The room was quite small, offering limited floor space. There was no iron in the room. A steamer would have been a better alternative. I also noticed the absence of shampoo and conditioner, only shower gel was available.

great location metro station helpful staff
i found the location really great for metro access. there is a metro station steps away. i could walk to the eiffel tower without problems. staff helped me well with directions.
the room was small, with only limited hangers available.

i noticed a lot of restaurants with quality food nearby. the hotel offers a good breakfast. it is best to arrive early, because some items disappear and are not refilled.

mixed experience at this accommodation
black mould faulty wifi
the hotel has a good location near the segur tube station
my room smelled of mould and there was black mould in the shower grout it did not feel clean the bathroom door did not fully close i could see directly into the shower from the bed wifi also did not work
