the room was clean and spacious. i liked the modern bathroom. bottled water was provided, and i found that a nice touch. the location suited me perfectly as it was near shops and cafes.
The acoustics in the room were not good. Sounds from the room above were very audible. i found this made it difficult to sleep at times.

the breakfast was okay i found the staff very forthcoming it met my expectations
the pillows were hard and hot i also wanted to take a bath but there was no plug in the bathtub when i asked the receptionist they said if there isn't one then i don't have the option to bathe even though they provide bath salts for you to use it was disappointing

the location is very safe. i found the room new. it had excellent size for a couple. a nespresso machine was available in the room.
the room smelled of damp. i noticed plaster stuck in the shower from previous guests, cleaners had missed it. the water container of the nespresso coffee machine was filthy.

I visited my son and this hotel worked out great. I loved the hotel and found it to be spacious. The room was also clean and very quiet. I also found the bed to be excellent after a busy day.
