The location is very close to the Arc de Triomphe. The staff are very helpful and kind. Breakfast was good and the rooms were spacious. The rooms were also very clean.

amazing stay!

superb service daily cleaning easy access

i liked that the staff provided superb service . the room was cleaned thoroughly each day without me even needing to request it. the location was great with easy access to metro lines 1 and 6 i found. i was charmed by my visit here.

the room i had felt a little small i must say. maneuvering around the bed and inside the bathroom was difficult. it might be hard for two people as it would be a tight fit.

compact and perfect

junior suite great attention excellent breakfast

the upgrade to a junior suite was a nice surprise. the place overall was compact but immaculate. they paid great attention to detail with bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries. breakfast was also excellent.

the front desk asked me to pay the city tax right away, even with my one year old son crying from exhaustion. i asked if i could pay in 30 minutes but they insisted i pay immediately. i didnt understand the lack of patience.

the hotel has a pool that requires an extra fee of thirty euros to use. i did not use the pool. the gym is open to all guests at no cost.

this hotel is situated less than five minutes by foot to the arc de triomphe. champs elysees is very close. there are also many shops and restaurants nearby the hotel.

the breakfast includes good food, even though there is a small choice of options. the food containers should have been replaced 4 years ago. coffee from the thermos was not drinkable.
