some issues needing attention

The room acoustics left a lot to be desired. It was easy to hear every footstep from the room above, sounding more like a stomp than a step. additionally, the service felt impersonal and cold. staff rarely smiled or offered a greeting, i did not feel welcomed. there was only one porter available, despite the hotel servicing tour groups, so getting help with luggage proved impossible. finally, the amenities seemed cheap, and they were quite stingy with providing water.

My journey was improved with staying here. I found the indoor pool provided a tranquil space. The staff coordinated combining two separate reservations, so we could stay in the same room. The hotel offers robes plus a deep tub.
The bed frame did squeak when either of us turned over. Better bed frames are needed.

the location was great. it was a short walk from the main square, but the hotel area remained quiet. i loved the indoor pool. it gave me a tranquil space for reflection. the staff were pretty good too help me with my needs, and i appreciated their attentive care. the on-site underground parking garage was also very convenient.
the room seemed a little outdated.
