the hotel is conveniently located near the camino de santiago. the pool was great, particularly for families with kids. i found the breakfast delicious and varied (i loved the fresh fruit!).

the shuttle service had limited hours. the last shuttle from santiago de compostela to the hotel was at 8:05 pm. this made dining in the city difficult, as restaurants often open around 8 pm.

the staff was friendly, helpful, and patient (especially when assisting with directions). they offer a complimentary shuttle to the downtown area. i found this service quite useful for exploring the city without needing a car.

i found convenient free bus services available to take guests into the city. the breakfast selection was extensive. my room featured modern décor, i requested this change and it proved quite spacious and clean. the lobby has spacious sitting areas perfect, for relaxation!
