the staff provided excellent service, they were very helpful and friendly. my room included a balcony and a bath. i found the hotel's central location to be perfect for exploring.

the room i stayed in had a constant light that i couldn't switch off. the noise from the street at night was quite loud. i also noticed the elevator, i could hear it from my room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. i felt welcomed right upon arrival. It was so kind. i was impressed with the view i had from the top floor. local cafes, restaurants and tapas bars were all within WALKING distance.

the room i stayed in HAD mold in the shower. every time the elevator started THERE was a loud bang i could hear from the room. they charged me for a breakfast THAT was supposed to be free WITHOUT my authorization!

my top floor corner room had nice views of the plaza and food markets from the balcony. the bed was large. staff was cute and friendly (i appreciated their help with directions). the cathedral was only a short five to ten minute walk away.

i noticed a room light stayed on all night. there was no way to turn it off.

i found the staff really helpful and kind. the restaurant downstairs offered a great dinner. i also appreciated its closeness to the market.

i noticed mold in the shower . every time the elevator started, there was a loud bang i could hear from my room. it was quite annoying!

convenient location bright room friendly staff

The location was very convenient! It was near the marketwith many eateries. The room was bright and modern. The staff was cute and very friendly. I really appreciated the small balcony off the bedroom. It gave me a nice view of the area.

The street outside was a bit noisy at night.
