Balanced Stay Experience
private parking amazing view poor service long wait
The staff gave us a keycard on arrival. It allowed us access to the private parking. Our bags were then taken to our rooms after check-in. The view from our room was amazing. I really liked it.
I found that the service levels were poor. I waited nearly 40 minutes in the lobby bar. I wanted to be served, but this took a long time. There were similar issues at the sky bar that same night.

breakfast buffet equipped gym several restaurants inconsistent wifi air conditioning system extra charge
the hotel offers several restaurants. the breakfast buffet featured an extensive choice of items. i liked the well-equipped gym (it had modern equipment).
the air conditioning system looked to be centrally controlled. the wifi signal was inconsistent at times. the process for requesting ice involved a charge of $5 (for a small bucket).

balanced experience
great location several bars extensive breakfast extra charge difficult access air conditioning
i liked the location it allowed for easy exploration of the area. the hotel offered several bars that were quite nice. i found the breakfast selection to be extensive with many options.
i found that many things required extra charges such as pilates and sauna use. several restaurants were difficult to access with frequent being full or closed. the centrally controlled air conditioning made temperature regulation difficult.
