I found the spa area quite nice. the massages available were reasonably priced, and the amenities were good. the café offered simple food that tasted delicious, including sandwiches and burgers. breakfast was excellent. I thought it was varied and fresh.

I noticed the bathroom was not completely clean. there was some long dark hair left in the bathtub, and also on the floor from previous guests? the restaurant staff seemed rude to me, sadly. a lightbulb in the bathroom needed replacement. Apply, twice.

The staff displayed excellent training and attention to detail. the breakfast included a good variety of hams, cheeses, fruits, eggs, and hot chocolate. our bags were already in the room. It was a beautiful classic double room.

The building displayed luxurious and elegant design, extending to the rooms and furniture. i had a snack from the cafe in the garden. It was a pleasant experience. i found complimentary coffee and a lovely glass bottle of water in the room, which i appreciated.

i found the shower water pressure to be a little low.

the spa includes a hydrotherapy pool. a sauna, a steam room, and an ice room. i used the floatarium with dead sea salts, and i found it relaxing. the gardens resemble an english country estate with beautiful flowers and fountains.

this location is just a short drive from the city center. the hotel provided a quiet atmosphere with or without the windows open. it was easy to reach the heart of santiago with a short taxi ride.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was pretty good.

The room felt too warm and stuffy. I couldn't control the temperature. The lack of air conditioning made it difficult TO sleep comfortably. The restaurant prices seemed high compared to the quality, and the service there felt slow.
