the room was clean and well decorated. the hotel has awesome staff and provided great service. i found the environment cute and the staff very helpful. they were kind, pleasant, and.
I had a minor issue. There was no complimentary coffee in the room or the restaurant. i had to dress, go to the restaurant, and pay for coffee. it was a bit disappointing!

The staff welcomed me with helpful information regarding the surrounding area. i found my impeccably clean room spacious with a large bathroom. Air conditioning and tv placement showed attention to detail. the location allowed easy walking distance to el corte ingles, a definite plus!
I found no complimentary coffee in the room or restaurant, i had to dress and pay for it downstairs. This was slightly disappointing.
