Great Experience for Ground-Floor Access
ground floor charging point ample space perfect location
I liked that ALL the rooms were on the ground floor. The location met my needs well for visiting local friends. A charging point was available, and that really helped me. The car park provided ample space for vehicles.
i found limited options on the menu. THERE was only one dessert option available.
Rooms
9/10
My room was on the ground floor. It featured a private bathroom. The arrangement added to the convenience and comfort of THE room, especially for travelers with mobility considerations.
Location
8/10
The hotel's position allowed easy visits to friends in the area. The availability of a car charging point suited electric vehicle owners. The parking area provided plenty of room, easing arrivals and departures for all guests.

a slightly underwhelming experience
broken shower towel shortage
the room was clean, which met my basic expectations.
I stayed one night and i am disappointed. the shower in my room was not working, and despite reporting it, it was never fixed. additionally, there was a distinct lack of towels for my shower the next morning. I had to wait for the chef to bring one.

loud disco chipped furniture
The king size bed offered adequate comfort. The breakfast arrived quickly.
A function caused some noise late into the night. I could hear the disco, laughter and screams from my room. The room was called 'beautiful', but furniture had chips. The toilet roll holder sat on the bathroom floor.

adequate stay, issues noted
inconsistent temperature limited breakfast
I found a couple of issues . the shower had some problems, the water pressure fluctuated quite a bit (it was difficult to get a consistent temperature). also, the breakfast selection was somewhat limited. I hoped for more variety (maybe some more fresh fruit or pastries).

Convenient Stay Near Norwich
convenient location fresh breakfast garden view available parking
The location proves convenient for exploring Norwich City, Wroxham, and the Broads. I found the breakfast selection good, including a freshly cooked English breakfast. The room offered a garden view. I appreciated the available parking.
I noticed the bathroom mat was not readily visible. It was hanging on the back of the door rather than being placed inside the bath.

The staff offered helpful assistance and were very friendly throughout my stay. I needed a plaster, and the manager was quick to help. I did feel very welcomed by the staff, it was lovely.
Location

The hotel's location allows easy access to nearby areas, like the coast. The hotel's situation meant I had quick journeys to local attractions. Getting to various points of interest was never an issue.
Facilities
9/10
The room was bright, airy, and included very comfortable beds. All rooms are conveniently situated on the ground floor. This is a great benefit. The structure is lovely.
Dining

A cooked breakfast was available, with both self-service options and hot items. Boxed cereals were also provided as part of the self-service selection. It was a great offering of breakfast items.

friendly staff onsite parking
The staff welcomed me so warmly! The hotel provided plenty of onsite parking which I appreciated greatly. It felt really safe! Every member of staff was friendly.
The hotel did not have AC. It was very hot when I visited. A louder road bothered me because I couldn't keep my window open.
