the staircase to my room was very narrow. carrying luggage up became difficult. the shared bathroom felt inconvenient as it was located far from my room. (i felt uneasy using it at night).

I've stayed for a night. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the railway station. The staff greeted me warmly and showed me to my room. Everything was clean, bright, and provided what I needed (the instant hot water was great!).

The hotel boasts a very convenient location near the railway station. The main shopping area is accessible via regular buses from a nearby stop (Wensum House). The cathedral is also within walking distance, along a pleasant riverside path.

The building has a traditional style, different from most hotels I have seen. Guests can come and go as they please, the staff ensures easy access at all times. The hotel provides good wifi, with excellent network quality.

The rooms have enough drawer space, I appreciate that. Rooms include tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. My room had a comfortable bed and amazing pillows (I slept very well!).

The staff is helpful and friendly, always available. A lovely lady at reception greeted me warmly upon arrival. She showed me to my room and explained the hotel's facilities.

The breakfast offers a continental buffet with plenty of options. The dining room looks pleasant, and the breakfast is clean. I didn't partake in the breakfast this time (I had breakfast nearby).
