The triple room, situated in the Pátio Building/ Upper house, offers a bedroom and a terrace with a leisure area at the entrance (with exception for the unit on the 1st floor) and includes a double bed and a sofa bed. Superior suites are in the Laranjal Building, comprising a living room, a bedroom, a terrace at the entrance, and a backyard leisure area; the living room has a sofa bed. The Deluxe Family Suite combines 2 Deluxe Suites, each with a living room and a bedroom, and a terrace at the entrance and a leisure area in the backyard. One unit features a patio with outdoor furniture and a 195 m2 garden. Villa Indigo has 3 suites, one with a seating area, and a large living/dining room with an open kitchen. All rooms come supplied with colorful wraps, panama hats and perfectly round wicker baskets for the beach. Standard amenities include ironing facilities, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, a sitting area, a terrace, a dining table, a patio, garden furniture, free toiletries, cookware/kitchen utensils, an electric kettle, and an AM/FM alarm clock.

Octant Vila Monte includes À Terra restaurant, which features a wood oven and Josper grill for cooking fruits and vegetables from the garden. Farm House's restaurant serves Algarvian dishes made with fresh ingredients, including local fish and the resort's fruits and herbs. Laranjal Restaurant is open all year round, serving a buffet breakfast with pastries, fruits, cheeses, hams, and eggs to order, in its wicker-filled interiors. The restaurant includes continuous all-day service using the wood oven and Josper grill. The Restaurant-Lobby Lounge is a flexible venue for cocktails or lattes.
Leisure and Entertainment
Onsite are two heated swimming pools, a tennis court, a gym and a chef's table where dishes can be prepared and eaten in the shade of fig trees. Activities include Hydro Fitness classes, horse riding, visits to the local market on Saturdays with the Chef, fishing in Ria Formosa, boat trips, and trekking.
