Really good stay!
abundant choice sports equipment helpful staff modern style
The breakfast offered abundant choices, including fruits and smoothies daily. I found the sports equipment to be in good condition. The staff was very helpful and some were quite humorous (which i enjoyed). The hotel's decor featured a pleasant mix of traditional and modern styles.
i found that the kids' pool could possibly be a bit larger.

Staff members were friendly, especially at the front desk, concierge, and during breakfast service. The team ensured that the premises were super clean (which i noticed immediately). Their attentiveness contributed positively to the overall experience.

The breakfast buffet had omelets prepared fresh. The ladies responsible for this service were very friendly and accommodating. On-site restaurants offered amazing views. The bar was excellent.

Really good Algarve Experience
easy access perfect place
The location offers easy access to one of the best beaches in Europe. I especially enjoyed the Mare bar. It provides a perfect place to have a drink between the beach and dinner. The location is AMAZING!!!
The minibar was empty, despite the presence of a fridge and glasses in the room. I think, for a 5-star hotel, this should be standard.

maintained golf course relaxing massage fresh seafood
the golf course was well kept. the spa offered a variety of treatments, specifically a relaxing massage. the beach restaurant provided fresh seafood, it was delicious.
the minibar fridge was empty upon arrival.

underwhelming stay with service issues
cold food empty fridge
the grounds were well-kept.
the breakfast was a mess plates were banging constantly and the staff seemed overwhelmed by the volume of people. the food that was supposed to be hot was cold every morning even under the lights i also had no minibar in my room only an empty fridge.

inexperienced staff dirty water
This place lacks a certain polish. i found the staff inexperienced (maybe they were new) and not attentive enough. i asked where breakfast was and even suggested they might have an app. also, our water had issues. The bathwater for my kids was yellow, dirty, and full of waste. i had to call someone to fix it.
