i found the staff very cute and friendly. the hotel was nice and neat. i appreciated that many restaurants and shops were within walking distance.

the lift was not working, and i had to carry my luggage up several flights of stairs, a small inconvenience.

The staff was VERY kind, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean. Fresh towels arrived daily. I found the location quite good, with easy access to the main attractions, so convenient.

The lift was quite slow at times, requiring a bit of patience.

FANTASTIC Getaway Experience

I found the location SUPER central! It allowed easy access to restaurants and shops. Breakfast offered a reasonable spread with eggs, sausage, baked goods, and cereals. Staff were quite friendly and helpful. I appreciated the mineral water bottle upon arrival.

I Didn't like that there was slamming doors throughout the night and early morning! The corridors were very echoey, so it was difficult to sleep. pillows were very hard.

I liked the excellent staff. They were really like family. the room facilities included everything i needed, for example, the safe was free. breakfast had very nice fresh produce. It was very tasty. i would return again soon.

the hotel only gives coffee pods the first day, meaning you can stare at the coffee machine every morning without it being restocked daily like all hotels.
