black molddripping water

the room smelled when i turned on the a/c. i saw black mold in the bathroom. water dripped in the wall behind the toilet. it was hard to move in the shower i think tea and coffee in the room would have been nice

The reception staff were polite. I thought the breakfast was excellent. The lobby was bright and clean. I really enjoyed the location which was close to the amazing main esplanade.

The street outside the hotel was sometimes a little noisy. Though I still slept well.

The pool area looked great. I noticed fresh towels for the pool were provided. I used the heated salt water pool every day, and it was a great BONUS. I enjoyed it.

I loved the pool area, it was very clean and well-kept, a real sun trap. the staff were polite and friendly (erica was especially helpful!), going the extra mile to assist with our requests. we even got a nice breakfast bag when we left early. It was such a kind gesture.

my room was located directly on the street. the noise made it difficult to sleep sometimes.

my room included a comfortable bed and effective air conditioning. the bathroom had great water pressure (which i always appreciate!). rooms also get cleaned daily.

breakfast is available from 7:30am to 10:30am. i enjoyed the croissants and pastel de nata (especially when they were warm!). the buffet includes eggs, meats, cheeses, breads, cereals, yogurts, fruits, coffees, teas, and juice.

My room, the Studio, was really spacious! The shower was excellent too. I also want to say how helpful the staff were. They were so friendly and smiley!

My room was facing the street. It was quite noisy in there! There was also a weird smell when the AC was turned on. But still, everything else was fine.
