friendly staff clean pool comfortable bed
i found the staff to be very friendly. the pool was clean and relaxing. our room included a comfortable bed. i really enjoyed the varied and great tasting food offerings .
The hotel layout was confusing, navigating from the lifts to our room became a bit of a maze, especially after a long day. Clear signage would really help!

I found the indoor pool to be GREAT. The buffet dinner was AMAZING!!! It had loads of choice. The reception desk staff were ALWAYS friendly.

lovely stay with family
comfortable bed pool maintenance good breakfast
the pool was clean and well kept, which i appreciated. our room had a very comfortable bed, a plus and i liked the views, though we brought our own kettle for tea. breakfast was good with plenty of choices, and , made our mornings easier.
The air conditioning cooling system did not work properly. The room was too hot at night. i was informed it was a problem throughout the hotel, and it affected my sleep.

The location offered easy access to the town and the ferry to the quiet beach. birdwatching in the national park was great. There were lovely walks available. the scenery was beautiful! though parking was ample.

Staff demonstrated much availability and efficiency across all sectors. This was commendable. reception operated 24 hours. It offered reassurance. i found the animation and green areas particularly appealing.
