cold roomno heating
The room was TOO cold. I could not adjust the temperature. There was NO heating in the bathroom. I used bath towels to try and warm the floors, because I did not want to slip. This was not the relaxing stay I expected.

Excellent Stay near Transportation Hub

The breakfast offered a wide array of choices, and I found the food to be of good quality. My room was quite spacious, with very comfortable beds, and a large bathroom. I especially liked the rainfall shower. The hotel's proximity to the train station was also a huge benefit. It made traveling very easy.
I did notice that there were no tea or coffee-making facilities available directly in the room, WHIch would have been very convenient.

The breakfast buffet had many options. The quality was quite good. The breakfast hours extended to a reasonable time, accommodating different schedules. The restaurant offered a pleasant space to dine. I appreciated the variety AVAILABLE.

The hotel sits very close to the train station. This is very helpful if you need to catch a flight from copenhagen. i appreciate that there is an early breakfast. I could get a sandwich around 5:15 am. the service was great. I felt very well taken care of.
The room was quite basic with limited amenities. I also could not control the room temperature to my liking.
