i found the staff very attentive and helpful. they offered assistance with everything. my kids particularly loved the pool and the little sheep. the location is perfect for exploring with family. we discovered many attractions within walking distance.

the communal spaces felt compact. i noticed only a few chairs in the lobby that had to cover many needs. this made it a bit inconvenient at times.

The hotel location was good, near many attractions. the breakfast offered a decent selection of items. the spa had a nice pool and a sauna. I used them.

The room size was quite small. It felt cramped with luggage. i encountered a sewage smell in the room from wednesday until saturday. This was not addressed. the usb outlets were broken and i only found one working outlet.
