Underwhelming Stay. Issues with Room and Amenities
small room non-functional coffee machine
The room was smaller than I anticipated and the air conditioning wasn't working. I requested an iron, but it was only available upon request which was inconvenient. The coffee machine also didn't work in the room! the experience felt less luxurious than advertised. I was disappointed.

Enchanting stay in a historical setting
comfortable room helpful staff convenient location
The hotel is a short walk from the station, very convenient. I found the staff helpful and friendly. Daniel, especially, offered service with a smile (which is always appreciated). The rooms are comfortable and clean.
I found the room slightly smaller than expected. There was also an unexpected vat charge. These elements slightly detracted from the otherwise luxurious feel.
Dining

The restaurant provided an excellent meal in the evening. The little bar decor and ambiance were great. The breakfast was relaxed and enjoyable, with a good variety of items.
