i found the staff helpful and the atmosphere was nice. the room was beautiful and spacious. the bathroom was very nice with attention to detail.

the air conditioning only had one setting which was slightly inconvenient.

i stayed for two nights. the staff at reception were very helpful. i found the location to be superb, very close to the train station and the main square. the room had good facilities.

the main entrance door was broken when i visited, so i had to use the side entrance with stairs (this was a bit inconvenient).

the location was perfect for exploring the city. i enjoyed having a coffee maker in the room, i could start my mornings easily. the staff was also very friendly and helpful , they were very responsive to my requests.

i noticed some stains on the upholstery in my room. the drain in the bathroom sink also looked unclean, that affected my overall impression.

confusing instructions broken escalator

The staff provided good directions, acceptable.

I traveled by car. The hotel's instructions to the nearest parking were confusing. I drove around and ended up in the wrong parking area. I had to pull the luggage a distance. an escalator did not work. I had to carry luggage up stairs.
