Mixed feelings. Noise a real issue

constant tram indifferent staff

The location was very convenient. It was easy to get around.

The noise at night was unbearable. I had a street-facing room. the constant tram and pedestrian traffic made sleep nearly impossible. i specifically asked for a quiet room, but it seems that request was ignored. the staff seemed indifferent when i brought this up the next morning. It was not a great experience.

helpful staff complimentary tea street noise uncomfortable mattresses

the staff was very helpful and recommended a fantastic restaurant to me. i was able to leave my bags while i toured the city before my outbound train. they offered a nice complimentary tea time in the evening with pastries.

i had a room facing the street and there was a lot of noise. i had to use earplugs to sleep the mattresses were not comfortable.

the room was comfortable and a good size. nice interior design touches around the hotel added character, i noted. breakfast was good with continental options available

street noise was noticeable. i had to use earplugs to sleep comfortably.
