the rooftop pool provided a relaxing escape after sightseeing. the staff were particularly attentive, especially during check-in. the direct connection to the shopping center proved very convenient. i found the hotel location to be excellent for exploring the city center.

the entrance via the parking was a bit confusing.

The front desk staff was PROFESSIONAL!!! They helped me with local dining suggestions. The breakfast, on the top floor, provided a panoramic view of the city. The underground parking offered easy access to the hotel.

The hotel building is not particularly pretty.

i found the beautiful king room spacious. it includes a seating area with a sofa and a desk. the bathroom features two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. also, i noted soundproofing that kept the room very quiet.

the minibar was empty upon my arrival which seemed unusual.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options. I found the location convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions (though a bit tricky to navigate at night).

My room was smaller than expected. I noticed a faint smell of smoke in the hallway on my floor. The rooftop pool lacked sufficient seating. I had to use restaurant chairs instead of loungers.

the staff were friendly. reception had alice who was an excellent representative. the room was decent. breakfast was good too.

the entrance via the parking was very confusing. i could not find the hotel entrance in the gallery shopping center. indications were very poor. asking in stores did not help because people had no idea where the hotel was.
