broken shower head outdated room

the staff was nice and the location was relatively close to the town center, convenient.

The shower was a major problem. the shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere. It was hard to wash my hair.

the pool was really nice and very well maintained. the staff helped me organize an airport transfer. directions throughout the area were given clearly.

the bathroom was small. a plastic curtain was there, i did not find it hygienic. there was a smell coming from the toilet.

Excellent Stay Near Fira Center

The swimming pool was a great amenity. I enjoyed the balcony view.. it added to the experience. Staff arranged a taxi for me to get to the port. The location near the caldera offered pleasant walks.

The bathroom was small and lacked a proper place to hang the shower head, made showering somewhat difficult.

I found the bathroom setup inconvenient. The plastic curtain felt unhygienic. A strong smell came from the toilet. I expected better considering what I paid. It was disappointing.

the staff arranged airport collection prior to my arrival. they provided clear directions upon arrival. the staff also arranged a taxi to the port and stored my bags after checkout. it allowed me to explore more before leaving. the four bed economy room suited my needs. it was clean and included a fridge.
