the room was very spacious and well designed. it included a dining table (i found this quite convenient). there was also a microwave plus a drinking water tap, it was a great added value.

the underground parking is with a 3rd party. it did not work properly. on the second day, i got stuck inside as the barrier wasn't operating correctly. the receptionist asked me multiple times if i was from the balkans, i felt this was inappropriate.

The underground parking is not owned by the hotel. Its management seemed detached from the hotel's service standards.

My room was very well designed, and i found the decorations astonishing. the breakfast buffet was very good and i enjoyed the variety of choices. the staff were amazing. They were always helpful with directions and information. i thought the location was convenient. It was easy to get around.

the hotel provides a gym room equipped sufficiently for vacation fitness over a few days. street parking is available for free after 6 pm on fridays until monday at 9 am. reception sells tickets for city transport.

The location is a short walk from a tube station. It took only 8-10 minutes. a tram stop is about 5 minutes from the hotel! the hotel is close to the city centre and shops.
