Ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, a sitting area, a terrace, a dining table, soundproofed rooms, a washing machine, cookware/ kitchen utensils, an electric kettle, an AM/FM alarm clock, flat-screen TV, carpeted floor, and parquet floor are available.
