Excellent Central Location

clean room friendly staff smooth check-in

I found the room very clean. It also felt quite new! The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. They ensured a smooth check-in process and were readily available to answer questions, which i appreciated.

i noticed some building was going on near the hotel , it caused some noise.

The central train station is only a short walk from the hotel. Many stores and cafes are nearby, i never had to walk far to find a place to eat. The hotel location is near Christmas markets.

Great Location and Helpful Staff

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to pack a takeaway breakfast before the self-serve breakfast opened. This really helped me during my long travel day. The decor was funky. I appreciated the environmental focus. The hotel provided free water in the lobby, always available.

I found the room to be quite small. Even for European standards, it was difficult to move around comfortably.

The hotel is close to Karlsplatz and Hauptbahnhof. Marienplatz is also a short walk away. The location gives you convenient access to transportation and various attractions in the area. It is an ideal spot for exploring the city.

Breakfast offered enough variety. The location allowed easy access to public transport. Friendly staff assisted with directions. They were very nice.

The room looked old fashioned. Carpets had an old look and feel. They seemed unhygienic. I could see building reconstructions from my window. There was a lot of noise.

perfect water main train station convenient closeness

the room had perfect water pressure and warmth in the shower. its closeness to the main train station was convenient. my daughter really loved the room.

the elevator only goes to the fifth floor and my room was on the sixth

unsafe location small room

The hotel location was not ideal for ME, it felt unsafe at night. There was no minibar in the room, a real disappointment. The room size was smaller THAN expected, and lighting was not good. I found the electrical system controlled ALL the lights at once.
