Excellent Central Location

The hotel's proximity to the U-bahn was convenient, with access from the train station, even with luggage. I found the desk clerk friendly, and the check-in process was streamlined. I especially appreciated that it was only a 15-minute walk from Karlsplatz after I took the train from the airport.
It barely fit one person with luggage, which sometimes caused delays.

The Double Room Courtyard View was functional and comfortable. I found the size to be adequate. The room had sufficient space for luggage and moving around freely. The bed was quite comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after a long day.

The hotel is close to Sendlinger Tor station, granting quick access to other parts of the city. Many tourist places are within walking distance, including Marienplatz, just a short walk away. Several cafes nearby offered a variety of options for breakfast!!!

the location proved convenient with easy access to public transport (a definite plus for getting around).
the room felt quite dated and lacked some essential amenities. i especially missed having air conditioning, made the room stuffy, especially during the day. housekeeping also seemed a bit inconsistent, sometimes forgetting small details (like replacing towels).
