helpful staff useful information safe deposit complimentary toiletries
the reception staff was helpful . they assisted with directions and provided useful information. the room included a safe for valuables and a coffee machine. i also appreciated the complimentary toiletries provided in the bathroom.
the gym was a bit small and had limited equipment.

the hotel is close to the olympiapark. several convenience stores and restaurants are nearby. a transit line is also located close to the hotel, providing easy access to other parts of the city.

the breakfast offered considerable variety. the hotel also offers secure underground parking, which includes charging stations for electric vehicles, for a fee. i found the availability of car charging to be very convenient.

easy check-out friendly employees
Check-in and check-out were SUPER easy. The room was clean and nice. The employees were friendly and kind, which I REALLY appreciated.
The carpet felt unclean and looked uneven. It seemed like the carpet was thrown over some loose floor boards.

Front staff service was WELL-DONE. Online check-in may be accomplished beforehand, then you just get keys from your room immediately on reception, a HUGE time saver. The reception operates 24 hours.

The room included a coffee machine and kettle. The room was light and convenient for a stay. It was a very quiet room, located to the back side of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable.

wide selection friendly staff tram stop
I found the location great. a tram stop right in front offers convenient transport to the city center. the breakfast was really good with a wide selection of items. the staff was mostly friendly. I especially appreciated the daily complimentary bottled water.
the room décor felt a bit dated, it wasn't very pleasing..

the location was advantageous for visiting olympia park. i found the tram station nearby provided easy access to the city center. the room offered sufficient space and included good quality toiletries.
