I loved the well-designed room with its sitting and working areas. The internet speed was also good! I could open windows for fresh air. Plus, the apartment was comfortable. The views toward the Bavarian Alps were wonderful, indeed.

The request to clean the room must be made to staff. It's inconvenient when returning from work.

The location worked well, and it was near the train station. The rooms were spacious , and the ability to open the windows provided fresh air. The pool and gym were beneficial. I found the housekeeping service reliable and the staff friendly.

I noticed that the floor needed vacuuming, and there was some hair in the kitchen area.

The fitness area AND the sauna were REALLY amazing. The room was super clean AND the hotel felt modern and new. I liked the kitchenette AND the washing machine a LOT. Access to the train was SO easy TOO.

The kitchen needed MORE essentials though. It wasn't a HUGE deal, but it would have been nice to have everything I needed RIGHT there.

The studio was very clean with modern decor. There was air conditioning that worked efficiently to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. A coffee machine and safe box were available for guest use in the room.

The staff WAS SO pleasant, helpful, and always had smiles on their faces. Each question sent via email received a prompt reply without ANY delay. The staff easily accommodated my pre-requested needs for a quiet room.

I enjoyed the pool and sauna facilities located on the 15th floor SO much. The fitness center had several treadmills and stationary bikes for a complete workout. Guests can access the gym until late, that is, until 23 pm.

I found the room spacious with modern conveniences. The higher floor rooms provided great views. I also appreciated the friendly staff and the large pool area. The exercise room was a bonus to my stay.

The area gets very noisy with nightclubs playing music until the early morning.
