loud noise noticeable noise

the breakfast was good and had a decent selection (i especially liked the pastries).

The room was a bit disappointing. It felt smaller than advertised, particularly for the price. the bathroom fan made a loud noise and seemed quite old. the street noise was noticeable, disturbing my sleep a bit.

I found the breakfast offered a great variety. i liked the option to order sparkling wine. It. the hotel's location was convenient. a short walk took me to the city center, and the main bus station was only about 20 minutes away.

the minibar prices were a bit high.

tram stop close proximity many food options tea facilities missing tea bags milk

The hotel offers a tram stop very close by. It is just a minute's walk. Tram lines 20 and 21 provide direct access to the city center. The main train station is also accessible via tram. Breakfast included many options and the staff kept refilling the buffet. I found this convenient.

The room lacked tea-making facilities. No tea bags or milk were present. I requested tea bags and a spoon at the front desk twice. I reminded me of a nuisance. I received only five loose tea bags for a three-night stay.

old towels broken fridge

the staff was nice, they were fast to bring an extra pillow to the room.

The towels in the bathroom felt old and worn. i think the hotel should replace them, as they looked faded. also, the mini fridge in the room was not working. It did not keep my drinks cold.
