The hotel offers a tram stop very close by. It is just a minute's walk. Tram lines 20 and 21 provide direct access to the city center. The main train station is also accessible via tram. Breakfast included many options and the staff kept refilling the buffet. I found this convenient.

The room lacked tea-making facilities. No tea bags or milk were present. I requested tea bags and a spoon at the front desk twice. I seemed like a nuisance. I received only five loose tea bags for a three-night stay.

the staff was nice, they were fast to bring an extra pillow to the room.

The towels in the bathroom felt old and worn. i think the hotel should replace them, as they looked faded. also, the mini fridge in the room was not working. It did not keep my drinks cold.
