i found the staff quite friendly and helpful. i had quick check-in and check-out. the location is convenient, near the central train station, yet in a safe area..

the room lacked a minibar, a minor inconvenience. the pillows weren't very comfortable, and the blankets provided were short for the double bed. i believe an upgrade would enhance the sleeping experience.

the hotel location prove convenient. i easily accessed the major tourist spots, like the löwenbräu beer hall. the bar have excellent service and a fun vibe, especially due to pierre and rosa. the room was very quiet, more than i expected, despite the hotel proximity to oktoberfest celebrations.

I find towels, pillows, and bedding a little worn. Some lights weren't working in my room.

poor housekeepingeco option

I really wasn't thrilled with the housekeeping. It seemed like a real hit or miss situation. they missed replacing toilet paper and tissues, only did it when we asked. also, if you pick the 'eco' option, they skip cleaning, trash, and bed-making. What's the point then? it felt a bit under hotel standards. Not exactly a win.
