the staff were helpful. they even assisted with carrying luggage. the cafe nearby, named the terrace, was a great find (i loved their full english breakfast!).
the music from the live band was quite loud until late on saturday night.

The welcome was very friendly! and the room was clean. I found the comfort quite good and I slept well. Even my dog seemed to enjoy the stay. Everything I could want was there. I will definitely be returning.
I noticed there were many stairs with no lift. This could be a problem for some guests.

My double room was spacious. It included apex windows in the ceiling above the bed! The bathroom also had a window. The views from both windows were beautiful.

The staff was very friendly. They were very kind and chatted with me. The pub was the most cute place I've ever been to. Even my dog received a lot of attention.

The location was perfect though the parking was expensive. It is in a GREAT location for the patriot music venue. It is also within a reasonable distance from various attractions.

The location is near the railway station. That was convenient.
the shower only had cold water, it did not work properly. the fire doors were wedged open, this posed a safety concern. radiator heating in my room was not working or it was not turned on for the building.
