The hotel's location is REALLY great. It's right on Offa's Dyke Path. This is excellent for walkers. Staff were very accommodating and allowed me to work in their lounge.
The staircase creaked a lot. It wasn't great for a night's sleep. One of the bedroom windows had no curtain and it didn't shut completely. No food was available.

Check in was a PROBLEM. I had to wait for twenty minutes because nobody manned the reception desk. the toilet sat far TOO high. My legs dangled because I'm only five feet tall. it felt quite ridiculous.
