Grandview on Brier Restaurant
Grandview on Brier, the only licensed sit-down restaurant within a 90-minute radius, is located at Brier Island Lodge. Brier Island Lodge has trails for hiking and nature walks. Brier Island is an Important Bird Area. Seal Cove is a 20-30-minute hike from the lodge, offering views of grey and harbour seals. Location and Transportation
Brier Island Lodge is on Brier Island, accessible by two ferries. From Digby, take Route 217 to East Ferry, then take a ferry to Tiverton on Long Island. Continue on Route 217 to Freeport and take the ferry to Brier Island. The Bay of Fundy surrounds Brier Island and is known for its tides reaching up to 28 feet. The Grand Passage Hydro Project is visible from the harbor.
