The room was clean. I appreciated the good size bathroom. The location was great with a short walk to the central historic area.
The elevator seemed not serviced regularly. Guests had to haul luggage up the stairs. The mattress cover made a 'crunchy' noise with every movement. One staff member was unfriendly, a disappointment.

the staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. the room's quiet atmosphere really stood out. the breakfast offered a beautiful variety of fresh fruits. i appreciated the hotel's convenient location near the city center. it made exploring so simple and easy.
the small, white, flying bugs near the ceilings and lights bothered me at night. this was a minor inconvenience. addressing this issue would definitely and comfort.
