I was told i could expect two complimentary water bottles daily in my room. I only received one each day. most days it was still water, though not always. also, i had requested early check-in via the app, mentioning i might arrive as early as 10 am. the room wasn't ready until 3 pm, the standard check-in time. staff seemed unaware if my room was occupied or not. perhaps it was a sign.

solid stay and good location

i loved that the gym and pool area felt very clean. it was open and not stuffy. breakfast was great, and the wellness center and big swimming pool was super. the u-bahn station close by made travel easy.
the air conditioning wasn't working so well. it was warmish, but i could not get it colder.

the hotel is close to the u-bahn, and it provides easy access to the city center, it is convenient for getting around, and i found travel straightforward with connections to many parts of the area.

the front desk staff was excellent. they were greeting guest like they know them. the entire lobby staff should get praise for the service they provide to patrons, and i found all requests handled quickly.

the breakfast was excellent, and there was a lot of choice . there are many options, and i believe there are great choices for everyone with different kinds of dietary requirements, and i tried new types of foods.

the room was a good size. it had lots of room for us to spread out. the bathroom have both a bathtub and a shower, i found the space in the room more than enough for our needs.
