the breakfast included a variety of choices. i liked the draft beer available at the reception desk, it was a good surprise. the heating worked well, so my room was always a comfortable temperature. the hotel offered good facilities for a short stay.

the room wasnt properly cleaned before my arrival. i noticed some oil residue on the nightstand. shaven hair also was around the bathroom sink.

the hotel had a breakfast area, the offering included both hot and cold items. the reception provided complimentary coffee in the afternoon between 2 pm and 5 pm. there was also draft beer available at the front desk.

staff members were helpful, answering questions clearly and efficiently. i received directions to local attractions from the reception. there was no phone in my suite, so communication with staff depended on visiting the reception desk.

the hotel is near the central train station. i could access the subway at the end of the street. marienplatz is approximately one kilometer away, accessible by foot. many dining options are also in the vicinity.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated their assistance with directions. breakfast was also a highlight. there were many options available, and the food tasted fresh.

The wifi was unreliable. i had difficulty staying connected, and the signal strength varied throughout the room. also, the air conditioning turned off automatically every few hours. I found this inconvenient during the night.

i found the location to be acceptable it was close to the hauptbahnhof.

the air conditioning didn't work how it should it would turn off every few hours and i had to manually turn it back on. also i noticed a large greasy handprint on the bedroom wall near the bed. the carpet also had a significant brown stain, it, even tho the bathroom was clean.
