tired decor unwelcoming staff

The breakfast was a decent offering, it had everything self-service.

I found some staff could have been more cute. The decor felt tired and dated. I wish the hotel invested in an update to improve the guest experience.

charming experience near the english garden

garden location mint leaves spacious room comfortable bed

I stayed for three nights and found the location excellent. the proximity to the english garden allowed for enjoyable morning walks. the provided ginger and mint leaves for tea at breakfast felt special. our king room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. I was particularly happy with the excellent breakfast.

the gym, though functional, seemed a bit dated, needing an upgrade.

my room had a king bed. it also featured a large window overlooking the nearby greenery. breakfast had a huge selection of foods!!!

The bed was very comfortable. I appreciated the convenient taxi stand located nearby. Concierge provided helpful museum recommendations. The staff maintained a clean hotel, and room service was excellent.

Public transport access was a bit inconvenient, requiring more effort to reach.

the breakfast offered a huge spread of choices. staff members were generally friendly and helpful . i found four lifts available, a convenient feature for quick access to different floors. my room was quite spacious and very clean upon arrival.
