The location was great, a short walk to the train station (maybe ten minutes). i found the room clean and the bed very comfortable. one receptionist was helpful. She gave me a restaurant recommendation.
the bathroom felt quite small. it also had old equipment. i think some improvements are needed here.

the location iS superb aNd close to public transport i found nearby. the room was clean I noticed. i Also appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea. The staff were helpful and kind I observed.
there was NO air conditioning iN the room aNd iT was HOT. the bEd wasn't very comfortable too small it seemed. it WAS very expensive even though iT was during of course oktoberfest

missing air conditioningflat pillows
I found a couple of issues . The absence of air conditioning was definitely felt. It made the room quite stuffy, especially since I visited during a warmer period. the pillows provided were not supportive enough. They were rather flat and did not offer adequate comfort for a good night's sleep. These issues impacted the overall quality of my stay, I must say.

the location was super! it was easy to get to many central spots! also, the staff were amazing! they were friendly and helpful .
the room got so hot! there was no air conditioning at all! a fan was there, but it did not make a difference. also, the area felt a bit sketchy. as a traveler i wouldn't want to go there again in the evening! lots of stripper bars were around.
