the location allowed easy access to transport links. i found the bed comfortable, i slept soundly each night. an iron and ironing board were conveniently available in the room for quick touch-ups. the provided coffee machine in the lobby was a welcome treat for a quick caffeine fix.

i noticed a slight stain on the sheets. this did not ruin my stay, it was a small imperfection.

I arrived early, and the staff allowed me to check in at 9:30am even though the regular check-in time is 3pm. I am thankful for that. the room looked simple and convenient. it was bright, quiet, and clean, though there was no cleaning service of four nights. the hotel offers 24-hour drinks from a coffee machine, including hot latte, chocolate drink, and cappuccino. I brought my own cup from the room.

The shower's hot and cold water was difficult to control, and it took a few minutes for the hot water to appear. It became scalding hot, so a slight change to the knob resulted in very cold water.

The staff was helpful. They allowed me to check in earlier. i also appreciated being able to get drinks from the coffee machine at any time, even during late hours of the night, without problems.
