Wonderful location, great staff!

I really appreciated the location. It was quite central for everything. The staff were very amazing and attentive . I found the market nearby was an excellent place to grab a quick meal. I would happily suggest this hotel to anyone traveling here.
The lift was not working properly for sometime .

The Double Room included free mini bar with drinks restocked daily and a firm, but excellent bed. It was clean and featured some nice decoration. The view overlooked the market, it was perfect.

The staff offered me a warm welcome, especially the South African receptionist. They could not be more helpful. They provided assistance and directions when requested. Every staff member ensured my requests were handled professionally.

The hotel location was perfect in the heart of the city. I found the hotel conveniently close to many markets and other points of interest. It was easy to access various destinations from here.

The restaurant at the hotel, St Ribs, offered fantastic ribs. I think, these were the best ribs I ever had. The hotel also provided free hot chocolate and German Christmas cake to sample in the lobby.

The hotel offered complimentary hot chocolate and German Christmas cake in the lobby, which I found good. The staff were exceedingly helpful. I particularly appreciated the proximity to local markets and dining options.
I found the room I was initially assigned to be smaller than expected. This affected my ability to fully settle in and enjoy the space, given my luggage.

The location was superb. I found many attractions within easy walking distance, I loved the immediate access to local markets and restaurants. The room was very spacious, and I appreciated the extra space. I found the complimentary mini-bar stocked with drinks and snacks. It was such a nice touch!
The elevator sometimes took a while. This was a slight inconvenience.

The hotel provides complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the building. I also found a fitness center equipped with cardio machines and weights. They also have a business center, very helpful for working travelers.

The hotel sits near the main square! I was close to many shops, cafes and historical sites. Public transportation options are readily available. The train station is just a short walk from the hotel.
