the location was REALLY convenient. it was close to many main attractions. the staff were kind. the hotel allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel while we waited for transport.

i found some dirt on the bathroom wall. there were also crumbs in some drawers. the noise level was TOO high, even with earplugs. it made sleep difficult.

My room was very clean. It also was always quiet! the fridge in my room was a big plus, and i found the updated room met my needs. i really liked the location. It was very helpful for public transportation and dining.

the staff was very helpful.

The air conditioning did not work. It was a problem because the nights were hot. they gave me a fan but it wasn't enough. the hairdryer in the room was also broken
