The staff was very warm! They were always willing to help! My room was spacious. It had nice amenities such as a huge window and a ventilation window. I liked the kettle! Cloth hangers were also available.

The bathroom lacked a door! If I had been with a friend, it would have been embarrassing! The lavatory and shower were visible. The shower was partially protected by a wall.

The staff was very helpful. the s-bahn station is just a short walk. a supermarket is located outside the front door. This was quite convenient.

my room was right next to the stairway and each time anyone used the stairs, my wall got hit by the door. the temperature in the room couldn't be regulated. the water drainage from the shower was slow.

the hotel is very close to the S-bahn station and a supermarket. rooms has separate toilet and bath areas, it is a plus if you travel with someone. the room felt clean and warm even in april. i found the location very convenient, especially with the train station nearby. it made getting to the city center easy.

the vending machine coffee in the reception area does not substitute a full service restaurant.
