the room i had was a classic comfort double room. i found the bed to be medium firm (which i prefer), though the two pillows provided were quite soft. topping up water on level 1 was easy, and i even found some fruit available in the evening.
the neighborhood around the hotel didn't feel particularly safe at night. i would have liked room service options, but they were not available. the refrigerator in my room also didn't work.

The reception staff worked efficiently and courteously. I felt welcome . they helped with my luggage and answered any questions i had about the area. i felt confident that my needs were met.

the bathroom in my room was spacious. i appreciated that the floor tiles could be heated. the water pressure in the shower was good.

the breakfast offered a nice variety of options. i especially enjoyed the selection of meats and cheeses. the staff also made fried eggs upon request. (the breakfast was great, especially the coffee!)

The location proved acceptable It was close to the train station.
The neighborhood around the hotel felt unsafe at night. There were no room service options available. The hotel suggested using a food delivery service, but the recommendation was not satisfactory.
