i liked the friendly staff that always looked after me. the rooms were big, great for spreading out. the pool were lovely. the hotel offered easy access to nearby shops.

the gym could use a little update with newer equipment.

Decent Hotel, Disappointing Aspects

The hotel looked nice at first. The laundry service was not good at all. It cost too much, about 2,500 baht. My clothes came back dirtier. The white clothes were yellow. The hotel manager did not care when I complained. She blamed another company. That ruined my stay.

i appreciated the proximity to the beach, just a short walk away i found the main pool to be quite large the breakfast offered a good selection of items and the pool access from our room added a special touch to the stay everything considered the resort offered a balanced experience

i noticed some mosquitos were present which was a slight inconvenience

The hotel has a fantastic location. It provides easy access to shops and restaurants. The swimming pool is huge. Jen and Lou at reception were helpful. They are happy to assist guests.

Only one chair sat on the balcony, so two people cannot sit outside together.
