great cottage suite stay

private pool very nice cottage

i stayed in a cottage suite i found everything great except the private pool water. the water was always freezing especially at night. i am sure something can be done to warm the pool. the cottage was very nice it was fine.

the hotel stated 3000 baht on bookings com for damage deposit but it was 1000 baht per night. i ended up paying 10000 baht in cash for the two rooms i booked and had excess cash.

The cottage offered a beautiful view of the city and the sea. Staff members were very kind. Shuttles ran between reception and my room, a useful service. The bed was very comfortable. The room was very clean.

the balcony door was sometimes difficult to lock properly.

My room included a full-size refrigerator. It also had a microwave. An induction stove was useful too. The breakfast had multiple options. It catered to different tastes. Staff were helpful. They were always willing to help. Shuttle service from reception to my room was amazing. The hotel offered complimentary shuttle to the beach. This made exploring easy.

I found the gym lighting to be somewhat dim.
